The album was later certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The band's second album, Waking Up,(2009) produced the successful singles, "All the Right Moves", "Secrets", "Marchin On", and "Good Life", the latter reaching the top ten of the US Billboard Hot 100.

OneRepublic's third album, Native (2013) became the band's first top ten album on the Billboard 200, and highest charting album to date, charting at number four. The lead single, "If I Lose Myself" charted within the top ten in several countries, while the album's third single, "Counting Stars", became the band's most successful single in recent years, obtaining top five placements in Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, the U.S. and the UK. This marks their highest charting single in the United Kingdom to date. It has also peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100, marking their highest peak since "Good Life" in 2010.

The first One republic's song I heard was "Apologize", I really love it, so catchy and I remembered, at the family's reunion, we used to sing this song all the time, or make it in a joke, we sing it when someone have to apologize, so funny or ridiculous, depending persons. Well, I quite like the voice of the singer so smooth and cute. Then I started to listen to his band, the melody, the beats, are very pleasant to hear. The first album was really good, I'm still listening to it. Their song are easily stuck in your head because of the melody and the lyrics.

My first gig of One Republic was in Las Vegas, yeah folks, it was on my vacation in 2011, I saw a sign saying there was a show of One Republic at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. I asked to my cousin if she knew the band and said "hell yeah I love them", so we got the tickets.

The venue was outside and it was at the pool so F*.... amazing, my first gig in USA was in Vegas and at the pool.... One Republic was pretty good in live, they had such an energy to entertain us, they played so much instrument, it was to good to hear.

Moreover, during this vacation, I got a One Republic's hymn. Each time that I travel, there is always one or two song that I listen and its related to the trip. As One Republic's song "Good life" related to my trip in USA in 2011, we heard this song many times on the radio, yeah we did such a long road (Grand Canyon, Los angeles), and everytime the song played, we sang it in the car, that's why its become an hymn and why I went to the gig. I really love this song, the beats and the lyrics are totally in accordance with my trip. "When you're happy like a fool, let it take you over, When everything is out you gotta take it in"

I follow this band since their first album. The last album is pretty good, its a band who not change their music style and I really like it, "Counting Star" oh my this song is killing me... so nice, as I said before, the peculiarity of One Republic is their song are easily stuck in your head with their melody and the lyrics, so hard to get tired of this. In France there are pretty famous, they got 3 dates on March 2014 in Paris, I don't know if I'll go, I want to but well I already got so many gig to come, so will see if I'll got the time... Just to say that One Republic is a part of my life, the hymn on my USA trip and the fact that in family we sang their song...
