Sedona is a city that straddles the county line between Coconino and Yavapai counties in the northern Verde Valley region of the U.S. state of Arizona.

Sedona's main attraction is its array of red sandstone formations.

The formations appear to glow in brilliant orange and red when illuminated by the rising or setting sun.

The red rocks form a popular backdrop for many activities, ranging from spiritual pursuits to the hundreds of hiking and mountain biking trails.

In 2011, my cousin (from Las Vegas), my mom, my cousin (from France) and her fiancée went to the Grand Canyon.

On our way, we were through a storm, so much wind, rain and SNOW, can you believe it, in the wilderness, yeah folks, I got the proof on picture... So insane !!!

Then, we drove around the mountain, it was quite impressive and scary because of the hight... it was so beautiful to see the red rock, red mountain and all the trees, it change from Las Vegas ....

We arrived to Sedona, an indian village, so beautiful... the environnement was really invigorative. Yeah folks, I saw an indian wore a thong, I'm not joking...

Well, it was nice to be there, to see the fog on the mountain my god such a wonderful scene.

After Sedona, we were looking for a hotel, so scary at night in a small town...

The next day we were so hungry that we ate to Denny's such a typical american breakfast... And Finally we arrived to the Grand Canyon...

MY GOD, it was so massive, enormous, I was speecheless... Such a wonderful scene.....

When I was close to the edge, I was so scared, the high its really creepy.

My cousin took a picture of me standing on a rock and behind nothing, the void. I was so scared that my cousin fiancée came to help me, I couldn't move I was petrify.

Some people was so close to the edge to took picture or else, so insane but well everyone has their own fears, they are not much safety around, you can do what you want. Great experience

We met some squirrel, but a sign warned us that we couldn't feed them, they may become crazy who knows... oh yeah I saw a huge dog my god I never saw this......

We didn't have the time to do some hiking, next time for sure...

There is so much to visit, so massive, but we don't have the time... we'll let for the next time...

Now I can say I was in the Grand Canyon...

Really Happy to have experienced this.
